Barluath (Unable to appear please see below)

Hi All,
I'm really, really, sorry to tell you that Barluath will be unable to appear at Orpington Folk Club this Thursday 5th February.  Between me and Eddie (Barluath) the two of us have made a complete hash of the booking.

Again I'm really sorry if this upsets anyone and can only apologise.

This means that Thursday will be a Singers & Musicians night.

Best wishes.

This is an award winning Glasgow-based Scottish folk band who embraces both the traditional and contemporary music of Scotland, Ireland and America.  The band consists of young musicians who met whilst studying at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and has a line-up comprising Scots and Gaelic song, fiddle, whistles, guitar, highland and border bagpipes, bouzouki, guitar and piano/keyboards.
Singers & Musicians Night
Singers nights are a popular part of the club's program with all types of acoustic folk music and songs performed. This is the chance for SOLO or GROUPS of singer musicians to come and showcase their talent.
