A ‘locals’ night. Robin, who is a regular singer at the club originally hails from ‘oop north’. Besides a friendly personality he also has a very varied repertoire. (And an odd electric guitar!)
Now a four piece, Suntrap is Sara Byers (accordion and vocals), Debbie Chalmers and Mary Wilson (violins) and Paul Hoad (guitar and vocals). They describe themselves as "an original English folk band with dazzling vocal harmonies, guitars, fiddles, accordion, bodhran, whistles, harmonica; playing contemporary, traditional and new roots music".
