Flat Earth

Patterson Jordan and Dipper WGS3O9CD

Not a firm of solicitors, but a trio of talented multi instrumentalists built round James Patterson's strong lead vocal. The material is traditional in flavour and includes several old favourites such as 'Rounding the Horn', 'William Taylor', 'Hares on the Mountain'. Bill Caddick's reflective 'Flat Earth' and Mike Waterson's 'Working Chq (What a Crime)' are well performed.
The track that has received numerous airplays is 'The Manchester Rambler', which couples Ewan McColl's song about the mass trespass in the 1930'. With John Tam's 'Nothing Changes'. Highly recommended.
